Why We Built This Site
Texas does not provide one complete public search for every trial-court file. Floyd County adds a local routing question: the 110th District Court uses the District Clerk, the constitutional County Court uses the County Clerk, and each justice or municipal court retains its own cases. We built this resource to bring those official paths, contact details, number formats, and request choices into a clear local reference.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Floyd County
- Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
- Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
- Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site, independent from Floyd County, the Texas Judicial Branch, and every court or clerk. Those limits mean:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
An official or certified docket or court document must come from the Floyd County clerk or local court that keeps the original. This site can identify that office but cannot issue the record.
Search Partners
Third-party providers operate the search boxes shown on some pages. They control their results, terms, and prices. A paid signup may generate a referral fee that supports this resource, but we neither set the charge nor determine what the provider returns.
